Just press the My Dashboard link in the navbar to see your trainer dashboard and add/remove staff!

We use phone numbers because it helps get messages to your staff quickly. The problem with using an email is that emails can go into spam folders and are much less likely to be opened compared to text messages.

Staff can use phones, tablets, laptops or desktops. If they can watch a youtube video on a device, they can complete the inservice on that device.

Go to the home page and click the 'Get Started' button to create an account!

You may click on the link your instructor sent you via email and/or text message to easily create your account. If you do not have this link, either ask your instructor to resend the link or ask for their instructor code and the phone/email they asked you to sign up and head to this page.

Invites sent out to students include their first name, email, and phone number. All other information (including name) will be added when the staff member accepts their invite and creates their account.

Go to My Account >> Manage User Invites >> Resend Invite

Check your promotons and spam folder. If the email isn't there click Login -> Resend Confirmation Email
